For individuals who want to create their own watch faces, Facer’s app is accessible via apps for smartphones and tablets, as well as online applications and Mac and Windows applications. Users can create their own watch faces with the watch face creation tool and share them with other users. Make your smartwatch unique by adding your own style with Facer devices.
No matter if you have an Apple Watch 6 or a Samsung Galaxy Watch 4, this page has plenty of options.
Here’s everything you need to know about Facer watch faces, including how to use them and how to create your own.
Compatibility
You can download Facer from the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and, most recently, the Samsung Galaxy Apps Store.
As for compatibility with Apple Watch, it should be viable with all of the most popular models, including the Series 6 and Series 3.
The same holds true for Wear OS smartwatches, with Facer listing the Asus senWatch, Moto 360, Tag Heuer Connected, Michael Kors, and Fossil watches as supported. As a rule, Wear OS watches should work fine.
Smartwatches such as the Samsung Gear S2, S3, Galaxy Watch 4 and Active 2 work with Facer.
Price
The good news is a lot of stuff is free, but there are some things you’ll have to pay for as well. To access and download those faces, you’ll need Facer premium. The annual fee is now £36.99.
Premium members are permitted to keep up to 20 watch faces in Facer’s watchbox as well as removing advertising.
Apple Watch watch faces include several complications that you may already have downloaded or will have to buy. To use the watch face, you do not need to buy these complexities. Or, you don’t have to use that complication at all and can use the ones you already have.
Facer for Apple Watch
Watch face creator Facer recently launched a large collection of new watch faces, so Apple Watch owners can now customize their watches with a wide variety of new watch faces meant for some big names and designers.
You can already add new faces to your Apple Watch using the platform, which also supports Samsung Galaxy Watches and Google’s Wear OS wearables. As for the new faces, you can now select from a larger variety of choices, including NASA, Star Trek, and Tetris.
By using complications, users can access information on weather, location, internet and cellular status, calendar events, and cryptocurrency and stock markets. These “next-generation” looks will allow users to experiment with their color choices, and Facer says it will regularly introduce new partner faces.

Face Creator
In addition, Facer has opened up its Face Creator platform for Apple Watch. It’s currently in beta and accepting invitations from anyone wanting to create some complicated Apple Watch faces.
Obtain the new Facer faces by downloading the app to your iPhone, then following the instructions for syncing them with your Watch that appear in the next-gen section of the app.
It’s excellent news for Apple Watch users who have had to wait for the complete Facer watch face experience, while Samsung Galaxy Watch and Wear OS wristwatch owners were already using it.
Earlier this week, Apple softened its position on third-party developers creating watch faces for the company’s wearable. In 2020, watchOS 7 included a Face Sharing feature that allowed users to download watch faces from the web, applications, and other Watch owners. It also meant that watchmakers could build a variety of unique complexities for different watch faces.
In addition to the increasingly open support for third-party watch faces, Facer has now included watch faces that add additional complexity to the watch. It already has some of the finest Apple Watch faces, and this newest upgrade means it’ll be even better for people who prefer to change their faces often.
How to install Facer for Apple Watch
We’ll start by teaching you how to install a watch face on an Apple Watch to give you a sense of how the process works. Below that, we’ve detailed how it works on a Samsung Galaxy Watch. While the procedure may differ somewhat depending on the watch platform, it’s a very standard tale for adding faces to your smartwatch.
1. Get the Facer app on your phone
After you’ve downloaded the app and chosen your smartwatch, you’ll be sent to the shop, where you’ll only see watch faces that are compatible with the watch you’ve connected with your phone.
For the Apple Watch, there are categories such as Apple Watch Series 3 faces, picture faces, minimal watch faces, and a whole lot more.
Facer is a free software that you may download.
2. Discover your ideal face
Once you’ve chosen a face you like, you’ll be able to check the app’s profile, which has a number of preview choices. For example, you may use the play icon to explore how animated watch faces operate or how it appears on various Apple Watch models and colours.
3. Transfer to an Apple Watch
Once you’ve decided on a face, press the blue symbol next to it to begin transmitting it to your watch.
4. Design a watch face
This will bring up the option to Create Watch Face on the Apple Watch. There may also be two variations of the face to select from in certain cases.
5. Make changes to the complications
When you tap on the one you choose, you’ll have the ability to alter the colours, add pictures, move the time, and add complexities.
6. Customise your Apple Watch face
When you’re satisfied, press Add, and it will appear on your smartwatch. That is all there is to it.

Facer for Android
Regardless of whether you have a Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 or Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2, the process should be similar. When your smartwatch is connected with an Android phone, things may alter (or add a few additional steps). This is how we set things up on a non-Samsung Android phone with a Galaxy Watch Active 2.
1. Go to Google Play and download Facer.
From the Google Play Store, get the Facer Watch Faces phone app.
2. Get the smartwatch app: Next, go to the Samsung Galaxy App Store and download the Facer Companion watch app, which will allow you to sync your faces. If you have an Android phone, the Samsung Galaxy Wearable app will already be installed, allowing you to access the Galaxy App Store.
3. Look at people’s faces
Return to your phone’s Facer Watch Faces app now. You may search for watch faces to add from here.
4. Send to a watch list
When you’ve found something you like, go to the watch face page and search for the same blue symbol you saw when you set up your Apple Watch. The face on your watch will begin to sync, and you should have your new face within seconds.
On Facer, how can I locate a watch face?
There are a LOT of people here, and there are a few different methods to browse at what’s on offer. The first is to go to the Explore tab of the app, where you can see what’s hot and what’s new.
You may also use the search box or look for watch faces by category, such as futuristic, elegant, or illustrated. You may favorite faces as you search and enlarge them to see how they’ll appear if you want to maintain a list.
There are also charts that separate Premium Faces from Free Faces, which we’ll go over next.

Customisation
If you want to try your hand at designing your own watch face, you may do so straight from the phone app, through the online app studio, or by installing the Windows or Mac applications if you want to work on a larger screen.
The following is a step-by-step guide to creating an Apple Watch watch face using an iPhone:
1. Select a design template
To begin, choose a template for your watch. This contains a variety of modular face templates for Apple Watches. There is currently just one free template available. You’ll need to buy more templates, which cost £4.99 each.
2. Personalise it
The X-Large template for the Apple Watch is used in this example. You may choose from a variety of pictures, complexities, tools, and widgets to display on your watch face. You’ll have to pay for the faces with the most information.
You’ll be able to add extra complications or widgets to your watch face if you purchase the additional templates.
3. Send to a watch list
After you’ve finished designing, press the blue symbol to send it to your watch. Alternatively, you may share the design or publish it on the Facer platform for other smartwatch users to download.
Users of the Samsung Galaxy Watch won’t be able to do the same from the phone app, for the time being, so you’ll have to go online or download the Mac or Windows applications to get creative.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 is here! Should you buy it? We’ll tell you!
