Solo Loop Apple Watch Band
The Solo Loop is the first new Apple Watch Band for spring 2022.
There are four new colors for the Solo Loop (which you can buy now):
- Nectarine
- Lemon Zest
- Mineral Green
- Eucalyptus
The Solo Loop band doesn’t use a buckle or other kind of fastener, instead, as the word “solo” implies, it is created from a single piece of silicone rubber, which makes it very comfortable and easy to wear.

The band comes in 41mm and 45mm sizes.
There are now additional color combinations available for the Solo Loop and Braided Solo Loop bands for the Apple Watch instead of just one basic hue.
The newest color pairings are:
- Lavender Gray and Light Lilac
- Nectarine and Peony
- Oat Milk and Lemon Zest
- Midnight and Eucalyptus
- Blue Jay and Abyss Blue

Braided Solo Loop
New colors in Apple’s Braided Solo Loop include:
- Flamingo
- Bright Green
- Abyss Blue
- Starlight
One strand of yarn is used to make this woven polyester wristband, which fits snugly on your wrist. Besides being breathable (much more so than the solo loop band) and odor-resistant, it’s also easy to clean. In our opinion, this makes it one of the best Apple Watch bands available.

Sport Loop
You won’t have the hassle of finding the right fit with the Sport Loop’s adjustable strap. Sports Loops are secured with Velcro, either loosely or tighter. As a result, this Apple Watch band is a good choice for women, as it is very versatile and easy to use for any size wrist, including smaller ones.
The Extra Large band (Apple indicates it’s for wrists that measure 170-245 mm) is an option if you have large wrists.

Apple Watch Sport Band
With the spring 2022 release of the Apple Watch sport band, both bright and subdued color options are available: Bright Green and Lemon Zest are the two neon options, while Blue Fog is one of the most subdued color options.
The Sport Band is a good choice for everyday wear as it’s one size fits all and can be used for both exercise and other activities. As it’s adjustable, it also doesn’t have to be fit precisely to your wrist as the solo loop does. It also has a slimmer profile and is said to be more durable than the solo loop.
The sport band comes in 41mm and 45mm sizes.
