Youtube offers a range of video resources to help those in need, so making them easy to find will save time when searching for help. These videos address depression, substance abuse, sexual assault, and more.
Similarly to searches for mental health help, Fitbit has also noted that more searches have been for “Quick meditation for anxiety.” Due to this demand, the fitness brand has ensured that Google Assistant can quickly find high-quality meditation apps and videos to help users take a break.
