The Garmin team releases monthly challenges to inspire their users to get up and active. Whether you want to beat your personal best or have some fun, the Garmin Connect challenges give users extra motivation to get up and go.

Though the month is nearly over, there’s still time to smash your goals. From hiking to weight lifting, there’s an activity for all tastes and abilities. Are you ready to make your steps count? Keep reading to find out more. 

June Garmin Watch Challenges

Don’t worry if you missed out on the May challenges. You still have a chance to beat the June options. At the start of each month, users can log into Garmin Connect to get motivated for the month ahead. Monthly challenges include distance goals, bike rides, step counts, and more. 

What Are The June Challenges?

This month’s challenges include:

  • Ride to 100km
  • Weekend 40K (24th to 26th June)
  • Weekend 5k (10th to 12th June)
  • Walking 30 miles in the month
  • Namaste challenge – 60 minutes of yoga
  • Rundown challenge – 50 total miles
  • Step month – 10k steps a day or 300,000 per month
  • Active June – record 20 activities
  • June tour – 400km cycled
  • 15K month in running
  • Hiking – complete four hours of hikes
  • June gains – complete four hours of strength training
