Features of the Huawei Band 3 Pro
The Huawei Band 3 Pro is a fantastic fitness tracker. It will help you remain focused on daily activity and overall health with its easy-to-use interface.
The Huawei Band 3 Pro has an attractive colour screen and sleek design. It comes in different colour options and you can change the strap to change your style quickly and easily.
The screen is bright and easy to use, but it only has three choices of watch face. However, the screen is good enough to display all the info you need without being overworked. You can change the brightness controls on the menu rather than having to use auto-brightness like some of its competitors.
It’s waterproof and can be used when you are swimming. This is a great asset especially when you consider the low price. You can also use it to track other exercise and it has in-built GPS so you can run without your phone and still track where you have been.
It offers 24-hour heart rate monitoring but the battery will need a charge after seven hours if you keep the GPS tracking on. If you take a look at all the tracking available, you will be impressed by the daily activity, sleep stats and the overview of your workouts. For such a small watch it packs a punch!
Finally, it also offers notifications directly from your phone and set alarms. You can even see the weather forecast and use the find my phone feature.
In short, this watch offers you everything you could need in a basic tracker and does it well. It’s an inexpensive choice and if you can get past an uncomfortable strap then it’s a winner!
What Does the Huawei Band 4 Have To Offer?
You could be forgiven for expecting more from the Band 4 compared with the Band 3 Pro. The biggest physical changes are the plugin USB for charging, and an upgraded strap that is now comfier to wear.
The display on the Band 4 is clear and easy to use. It has a sleek design and is easy to read. The screen is in full colour and has a 160×80 pixel resolution, making it easy to read and clear at all times.
The tracking options available are similar to those of the Band 3 Pro – heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, activity tracking, step counting and GPS. It also comes with Bluetooth which will make connectivity much easier. You won’t be able to use it to pay for purchases so you must take your phone or card whenever you want to pick up some shopping.
If you don’t activate the GPS it has a two-week battery life so you won’t need to worry about it going flat before you get to the gym. As it is charged by USB, you can plug it into any USB port and enjoy hassle-free charging.
Which is best, the Huawei Band 3 Pro or the Band 4?
If you already have a Band 3 Pro you may want to hang on to it for a while longer if you are used to it and only want to track your activity because the Band 4 isn’t wildly different.
However, if you are new to fitness trackers or want a more comfortable wrist strap then go for Band 4. You will get a sleeker design and an improved battery life. While Huawei isn’t the most popular smartwatch brand out there, the company makes some fantastic affordable products. We hope you enjoy whichever one you decide to purchase!

Hi, do you know if the straps are compatible with eachother? I.e. does a pro band 4 strap fit the pro band 3 watch, and vice versa. Thanks in advance.
